RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn or defective merchandise within 14 days of the order shipment date for a full refund, minus the shipping costs, to the original form of payment. Returns made after 14 days will not be accepted for any reason other than material defects. Please make a note when returning your order to indicate if it is a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If after a week you still haven't received your refund, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Also note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund. If you’ve checked with both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@youngmuseshop.com.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGES
We currently don't offer exchanges unless the merchandise is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@youngmuseshop.com. If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.


If you are returning items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
